This is a special limited program available at the Royal Gateway Campus in Colombo for students who wish to work in Japan and obtain a Specified Skilled Worker Visa. We work closely with each student who has a desire to work in Japan, and provide detailed support for improving Japanese language skills, obtaining a Specified Skilled Worker Visa and job hunting support
We provide textbooks and applications in the native language of each industry and e-learning.
We aim to help you pass the Specified Skills Evaluation Test by providing questions that are likely to appear in the exam, past exam preparation, and practice tests.
Once a month, we will offer a free course for all applicants to strengthen their overall employment skills, such as business manners in Japan, resume writing, and interview guidance.
After you complete N4, we offer you internship opportunities to those who wish to do so. We dispatch interns to a wide range of industries, including hotels, tourism, and food services, care homes, hospitals which are expanding nationwide.
Future Bridge, which boasts a 94% employment offer rate, will follow up with students through individual interviews until they find employment. Even after employment, students can receive various support from the Technical Skills Support Organization, and can consult with them about their work and daily life in Japan.
Our professional staff will provide you with reliable support for application and preparation of applications for the Specified Skills Evaluation Test, JLPT (N4) or JFT (A2 level).
We will support you through the necessary procedures for changing your status of residence from a college student visa to a Specified Skilled Worker Visa, including preparation of the necessary documents for application and guidance in filling out the application forms, until the acquisition of the visa is completed.
Japanese Language Test *Required
JLPT N4 or higher JFT A2 or higher is required. Those who pass the test will be introduced to a job.

Our career advisors conduct thorough individual interviews with each student who wishes to find a job, understanding and sharing their aptitude, aspirations, and situation.
Through the Specified Skilled Employment Assistance Program, we help students prepare for the Specified Skills Evaluation Test
Specified Skills Evaluation Test *Required
Successful applicants will apply for a Specified Skilled Worker Visa type. 1. Our school will support the process until the visa acquisition is completed. *You may be required to return to your home country temporarily depending on the timing and circumstances of your application.
Start Working
(1) Pass the Specified Skills Evaluation Test (2) JLPT N4 or JFT A2 or higher
Passing both ① and ② is required.
*If you do not pass the Specified Skills Evaluation Test or the Japanese Language Proficiency Test, we will hold an interview to discuss your career path and study support.
*The costs related to the examinations are to be borne by the applicant.
*The above is an example of employment support. The start time of the employment support depends on the Specified Skills Evaluation Test to be taken and the time of enrollment.
* There may be changes in the method of applying for and obtaining a work visa depending on the Immigration office.
* Taking this “Specified Skilled Workers’ – Employment Support Program” does not guarantee the acquisition of a Specified Skilled visa.
*Even if you pass the JLPT N4 level or JFT A2 or other Specified Skills Evaluation Test and meet other requirements for application for permission for change of status of residence, you may not necessarily be able to obtain a specified skill visa due to arrangements including bilateral agreements with the Japanese government and the government of the country of origin concerned, as well as related laws and regulations.
